Join us in the adieu-glu kitchen for an evening of hands-on pizza making! In this small-group class, you’ll learn how Deb creates her signature gluten-free pizza crusts — the same ones featured in her bakery. Together we’ll mix, roll, and bake the crusts, then top them with a variety of artisanal ingredients to create three unique pizzas, each customizable to accommodate allergies and dietary needs.

 

On the menu:

  • adieu-glu Signature Crust – our gluten-free dough from scratch

  • Truffled Arugula & Mushroom Pizza (vegetarian) – with browned butter, goat cheese and caramelized onions

  • Classic Meat Lover’s Pizza – traditional red sauce and mozzarella

  • Thai Chicken Pizza – peanut sauce base with bright, fresh toppings

  • Caesar Salad – crisp romaine with homemade garlic croutons

 

While the dough rises, Rachael will guide you through preparing the Caesar salad.

Each participant is welcome to invite one guest to join the dining experience. Guests can relax in the café during the class or return when the pizzas come out of the oven—hot, bubbly, and ready to enjoy. Feel free to bring your own wine, or grab a pint from the brewery next door to enjoy on their outdoor patio (please note: no gluten products are permitted inside the bakery).
